Public package information and estimator totals are invitations to discuss scope, not automatic acceptance, a final contract or an invoice.
Project agreements
Deliverables, schedule, revision limits, payment milestones, ownership, third-party services and acceptance criteria are confirmed in the signed proposal.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying lawful content, accurate business information, necessary access and timely approvals.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, payment providers, booking services, fonts, software and other platforms are governed by their own terms and fees.
Intellectual property
NexaHost LLC retains its pre-existing methods and reusable tools. Transfer or license of project deliverables is defined in the signed proposal and normally follows final payment.
No guaranteed outcomes
No specific ranking, traffic, lead, sale, revenue or availability outcome is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
Governing terms
The signed agreement identifies the governing law and dispute process for the specific engagement.
