The project moves through four defined stages, each with a decision to make and a useful result to approve.
1. Brief and scope
We clarify the business goal, audience, required pages, available content, integrations and constraints. The proposal then records the deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities and working schedule.
2. Design direction
A focused homepage concept establishes the information hierarchy, typography, color and interaction style. This direction is reviewed before it is applied to the remaining pages.
3. Build and content assembly
Approved components are implemented for common screen sizes. Final content is placed, forms are configured and the integrations named in the scope are connected.
4. Launch and handover
Links, forms, metadata, responsive behavior and priority customer journeys are checked. After approval and final payment, the agreed files, access information and operating notes are handed over.
What keeps the schedule moving
Delivery ranges assume that content, account access and consolidated approvals arrive when required. A missing dependency or a new requirement can move the schedule and is discussed before the plan changes.
Support after launch
Managed hosting and care remain optional. Any selected monthly plan is shown separately from the one-time website project.
Next step
Start with the plan builder. It gives the scope review a useful record of the package, additions and project goal.
